Oh , those sunsets and sunrises ! He paints all landscapes beautifully, but those at the end and beginning of the day are extra special.

Don was influenced heavily by Taos artist Ray Vinella who advised him to study painting and drawing at the Art Center in Los Angeles under Lorser Feitelsen. Today he paints the Taos landscape, still lifes and figure paintings with a deep dedication to life in the Southwest. He is represented by fine art galleries throughout the Southwest and continues to teach workshops.
